I take it every six months as part of a course; it's a very good antioxidant, especially when combined with turmeric. It's tasteless and easy to swallow. It also reduces inflammation, and I think my skin looks better.
I was told to take this by my lyme disease doctor years ago. Another tickborne illness Dr recommended I continue taking it.
Trans-resveratrol is a supplement that’s good for your overall health. If you look it up, you’ll see how beneficial it is. This capsule has 250mg. which is a pretty good amount for the price, not too many additives either.
Vitacost is excellent quality, contains beneficial ingredients, reduces inflammation, and fights wrinkles.

I have been using Vitacost products for many years. They are always great quality, low cost, incredible selection. My daughter takes this trans-resveratrol and loves it.
Great brand and a good price. Have been using for about 3 years. Better for your health and pocketbook than buying wine.
