I was expecting more, it’s not the best iron that i’ve took.

I have been taking for several months now. My ferritin has not raised but I continue to take as I’m pregnant and don’t want to stop and have worse ferritin issues. I will check and adjust my needs after pregnancy.

I have a condition of iron deficiency and this product fits me as the iron ingredients in chelate are high-absorption. It benefits me in terms of increasing my blood iron. I don't feel dizzy much taking this product. Overall high quality. The capsule size is normal and easy to swallow.
