This type is currently being tested. It bakes like regular flour, but it's a very useful alternative to white flour. However, it's for personal use; for families, there are better alternatives due to its price. I don't care what high-fiber flour is; I just put it in the bread machine and press the start button. Because I couldn't find any flour on the market that suited my taste, and then Old Bob appeared.
