We like Country Life products. All the Vitamins and minerals etc. that we bought were very helpful for their intended use. We are vegetarians and we want to be sure we get the best products. We are comfortable shopping online at iherb. Products are reasonably priced and they arrive on time.

I read that this was a good supplement to take for naturally regulating cholesterol. I haven't had any blood tests to confirm it's working though.

The quality of this product is very good. The size of the package is not big for me to store. The ingredient is also good for me. The benefits include giving my brain great energy and lessening my stress. My age looks like smaller and my immunity becomes stronger. It tastes very good.

I take this on an empty stomach twice a day because I heard it was good for joints. Seems like it could be working. My joints seem better. Definitely not hurting me, because I'm sensitive to everything and haven't noticed any negative reactions.

I use this instead of the full-spectrum enzymes when I don't need all the other enzymes, just the protein. I find it especially effective before chicken and beef. Note that it's a tablet, not a capsule. I find them harder to swallow, but it's not so bad (just relative to capsules, capsules are easier).
