This jar lasts for a long time. The dosage is good, so I take it as needed. When, for example, I feel that I have a cold or during an illness. I drink up to 3 capsules a day and as a hand removes all the symptoms of a cold. I recommend it!

I love this product. It's expensive but works very well. I take it whenever i feel like I'm getting sick and it really keeps most things away. Also great for my son who has a hard time digesting certain foods. I just open the capsule and sprinkle some into some juice.

love that this product it's easy on the stomach and doesn't a long to work. I am taking this with an antibiotic, and it is really a blessing. I took one capsule that my daughter gave me. I couldn't believe how fast it worked, so I bought a bottle when I got the flu. It has helped me stave off a sinus infection. Sounds gross, but it thins mucus enough for it to move and not get infected.
