if I ate wrong foods, such as with msg, low quality bread, some cooking oils, etc, i will have terrible moods and even panic attacks for a few days. i have antidote like slippery elm, pau d'arco, olive leaf enchinacea, yarrow, lavender, holy basil, vit B1, b3 etc. but this Undecylenic acid is the best for me, it will relax my stomach and my moods quickly enough. the capsules os yellow and small size. taking 3 capsules is enough for me most of the time.
