Methylcobalamin is one the most absorbable forms of of taking B12, great for boosting energy and supporting a multitude of functions. This is the best tasting formula I have come across. Sometimes a little too nice as you just want to eat them all day, but beware, if you do this, you probably won't sleep

I switched to this product, the best I've used so far, and it dissolves the slowest, which is very important for methylcobalamin. excellent packaging, excellent quality, the packaging could be bigger, i.e. if there were more options..

I am a nighttime refluxer with LPR this has helped me a lot to combat the condition, I have realized that a single tablet or even half is the sweet spot, 2 as instructed usually cause more issues, I think it's because of the stomach being too full and that creates opportunity for the LES to relax. So if you are a nighttime refluxer, take that into account, overall great product.
I purchased the vitamin to fill a nutritional deficiency. Even when it was expired, it still raised my blood test values to 650! Which is amazing. Excellent product. It sucks that it takes a while for it to break down, everything else is really good, the taste is delicious too. Highly recommend purchasing
