It is one high-quality organic ingredient and suitable for most diets, except for keto. It works well for vegan diets especially. I like to grind it up and make it into flour using my Vitamix and then make bread out of it or use it in other baked goods. It is versatile and has a pleasant, nutty taste. I ordered this for my mom just to have healthier carbs within her diet. Since she started eating it, she feels a lot more energized and she feels satiated for longer periods.
