I tried this enzyme complex. The formula includes a wide range of enzymes, which looks comprehensive. However, it did not suit me well personally. The capsule size is standard and easy to take. Overall, the ingredient combination seems well designed, but the experience may vary.

Works great when i accidentally overeat. Usually i take 2 pills.
This works well for my mom but I think probiotics work differently for everyone. It takes at least 2 to 3 weeks to notice whether it's working (less bloating, better digestions, improved bowel movement etc..)
