These aren’t too big in size to swallow all at once, and they smell nice and taste slightly sweet and creamy. I find they take away a difficult mystery pain from my gut processing certain foods. However the company carefully processes this, I have no reactions to it, and I can even take a half dosage of the 4 capsules they recommend as a loading dose for 90 days and it still works usually. So the benefit is amazing, the ingredients are quality, clearly.

Some might not like having to take 4 capsules to get the benefits. I tried taking 3 and it wasn't enough. Taking 4 I could see it helped my digestion. Certainly a good option if you can't tolerate cows milk!
