I mean this is a cornstarch, nothing fancy / nothing to talk about. I really just bought this believing that this product would have fewer contamination and GMO free
It has a strange smell, but it just makes me wonder what the non-organic cornstarches was subjected to in order to make it not smell. The smell goes away with cooking or baking and does not affect the final product. I have used it to make cookies and as an ingredient in several other dishes, like meringue roulade. Everything tasted great!
better than the gmo cornstarch out there. Very pleased knowing I am not putting toxins in my body with this organic cornstarch as 95% corn products are poisoning us due to GMO ( synthetic) as well as toxic pesticides used on the crops. Great quality product & I highly recommend it.
I like to make my own aluminum free baking powder so I use the cornstarch and cream of tartar and baking soda this cornstarch is an excellent product great taste high quality ingredients it's organic it comes in a big package and the benefits are it lasts for a long time so you'll get lots of servings out of it I usually just make a batch of my aluminum free baking powder every 6 months that's my frequency

I used to buy regular cornstarch until I came across frontier co-op. Now I only buy it organic. The conventional kind is made with GMO corn and sprayed heavily with pesticides. You do not have to worry about that with this one! Does exactly what its supposed to do without poisoning my whole family. It is now a staple in my household. Frontier has top quality products.
High quality cornstarch. Exactly as expected. Works well in recipes, just make sure to always dissolve in cold liquid otherwise you will end up with a gritty texture.
Good product and happy to find organic cornstarch. Well worth it. Look at the country of origin. Too bad we can’t make organic cornstarch in the USA.
