I was using Enzymatic Therapy, Inc.'s Digest Gold. It always made me feel hungry after a couple of hours like middle of the night 11 pm/12 am. I got to eat something. This Arthur Andrew version just digest the food but never make me hungry. 2 Capsule is enough at all occasions.
have tried other enzymes with some luck to make my crohn's symptoms tolerable but these really seem to help a lot more than the others. I can actually eat without ANY pain after. I feel a lot better to say the least. When being comfortable and functional are on the line, these are worth spending a few extra dollars.

Amazing product that worked from day one. I use this in conjunction with Align and after years of digestive issues and nothing working for me, I'm so happy things are back to normal. An endoscopy a couple of years ago diagnosed off the scales lactose intolerance, but gluten also messed me up. Specialist says gluten and lactose intolerances often go hand in hand so to stay off both. Even though I've adhered to diet as best I can...still only 20-30% improved. However now I'm up near 100% better. So grateful.
