I’ve been taking Nature’s Bounty Iron 65 mg daily and overall I’m pleased with it. It provides a good dose of iron (as ferrous sulfate) which helps support red blood cell production and energy levels, especially on busy or low-energy days. Many people use it to help with tiredness due to iron deficiency, and I’ve noticed I feel more energetic throughout the day.  The tablets are easy to swallow and relatively gentle on the stomach compared with some other iron pills, though iron supplements in general can sometimes cause mild digestive changes if taken without food.

I really like the packaging and i hope i will conceive soon with these prenatal supliments. Seems like high quality taste and appropriate size. I like this product. This gentle iron is a lifesaver—it doesn't upset my stomach like the ferrous sulfate my doctor first prescribed. My energy levels have improved so much since I started taking it a few months ago. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any metallic aftertaste. It's an effective and comfortable way to manage my iron deficiency.

I’ve been taking Gentle Iron for several weeks. It’s easy on my stomach — no nausea or constipation, which is rare with many iron supplements. I felt more energetic and less fatigued, and my iron labs improved modestly. The capsule is small and doesn’t have an unpleasant aftertaste. On the flip side, the 28 mg dose is moderate — if you need a higher therapeutic dose, this might require multiple supplements. Also some users report mild stomach upset despite the “gentle” label.
