Vegetable and plant food digestion has become more difficult in recent years so I went exploring to find a solution. This is the only enzyme blend that makes a difference. I guess it is thanks to ALPHA-GALACTOSIDASE. It’s convenient that it also contains lactase to help with lactosis intolerance. The package is too big. I benefit a lot from it. Less bloating after eating foods containing GOS, like beans etc.

Probably the best one I've tried yet. Has all the necessary enzymes for good digestion for vegan and vegetarians. This company has high quality enzymes. I started taking two per day, now only need one. I can eat a lot more food in general by taking this product. Well worth the $$.

While most of us feel compelled to consume vegetables "because they are healthy", there is also evidence to support that fiber and other compounds in vegetables are not so human-friendly, especially if you have a sensitive or inflamed stomach or colon. Personally, I steer clear of high-fiber, gas-producing vegetables and more often than not I use VeggieGest when consuming even (theoretically) "safer" veggies such as carrots, squash, zucchini etc. Not sure it works, but I see it as an "insurance policy" when consuming "fiber-containing" foods. Enzynedica also carries Bean Assist for the brave who consume beans.

This type of enzyme works for me on all my meals. I tried different types of this brand for different food and its complicated. Because all my meals include mix of everything. It's a good supplement. I really liked the effect, I feel the benefits. The ingredients in the composition are in good shape. I’m hoping these will improve my gut issues of bloating and gas from veggies. So far I’m very hopeful I’ll be able to increase the veggies on my plate without discomfort. Enzymedica are a great high quality brand of enzyme I never have any bad reactions to them.
