This is a quality product.i take this for my heart and circulation. It keeps my heart healthy by keeping the clots out with Natto and I now have no circulation problems. I can tell if I stop taking it as my heart does not feel right.
I don’t know how this is affecting me. I’m just taking it because I read that it’s supposed to be good for overall health and getting rid of bad cells etc. So post Covid I’ve been taking it to get rid of viral residue that’s hanging around.
I take it on an empty stomach as a proteolytic enzyme. It helps to dissolve fibrinogen-inflammation protein. Most days I need only one capsule(based on muscle testing).
I purchase this product to support my circulation and blood flow as Nattokinase enzymes are reported to help manage fibrin clotting factors in the blood. I took this product daily at least 1 hour before breakfast for several months during the virus pandemic to help reduce my risk of blood clots and I haven't suffered any issues so I presume this product worked. I didn't notice any side effects from this ingredient so it seems good quality. The capsules are small size and easy to swallow with no taste. To get the most benefit from these enzymes the dosage is one capsule in between meals (to ensure stomach is empty), so if I forget to take it 1 hour before breakfast then I time my dosage precisely during the day, ensuring at least 2 hours since eating and 1 hour before next intake of food. It is essential to ensure that the stomach is empty and to drink plenty of water to help breakdown the capsule, to maximise the benefits of using the enzyme to manage blood clotting factors.
A bit on the expensive side, but the ingredient list and quality make it absolutely worth it! The formula feels very clean and effective — great for muscle and joint recovery after workouts or strain. I love that it contains serrapeptase for extra support. I’ve noticed reduced soreness and faster recovery overall. Definitely one of the best enzyme-based supplements out there!
