Bought this for my husband who had bad acid reflux due to PCD. The dosage was ok to control the acid reflux and you feel the benefit from 1-2 doses. There is no taste and no scent. It’s great that these are natural ingredients and good quality. Already repeated purchase a few times.
It seems to be high-quality composition ingredients. The size of the capsules is small and really convenient to use. It's recommended to take 2 capsules per day. I take it after meals because i have sensitive stomach, gastritis, and acid reflux. It has two ingredients which should help with the stomach issues - l-glutamine and zinc carnosine, that's why i decided to try it out. It's been about a month when i'm taking it, but i really am not sure if it's helping. I think i'm gonna try and buy those ingredients separately and will see if there's a difference in higher doses because this one has low doses, both of zinc and l-glutamine.
In the paste 20 years, I have used all kind of remedies and prescription drugs for ulcer, but this product is by far the best! I would give it 10 stars without hesitation.

Taking this has helped me to reduce my gastric-related symptoms, and I only took this one bottle, but I was also trying other brands before this so I'm not too sure how long it needs to take in order for you to see a significant effect with this brand, but no side effects so far.
