2025 UPDATE: We just did blood tests and the levels of B12 are the highest we ever managed to reach. Thank you so much. It works ------------------- My mom is 74. I am 46. We both have problems with B12 deficiency. Even when we take supplements it doesn't improve the levels of b12. I guess we have some absorption problem. W started taking those. We feel more energized. Will order more. Hope it will shown on the blood work

i tried these hoping for a surge of energy but felt nothing at all. by now I've taken all forms of b12. the methyl form makes me tired but unfortunately didn't feel a difference with these
