Love this vitamin B12... I bought the 10,000 mcg... Because I had no energy... trying to get my B12 up... about 3 days... was feeling a little better... it’s a small little red dot of a pill.. Put it under your tongue and let it dissolve... it doesn’t have much of a taste kind of chalky tasting... The shipping was very fast got it in three days..

Find these to be pretty potent, and are easy to take quickly as they dissolve under the tongue and taste nice. The package is very small and the tablet size itself is also tiny, much smaller than I thought. I think you have to be consistent before seeing any energy improvements, but I feel like it is a good quality product and helpful.

Tasted great, worked well. Helps nervous system. High quality product with pure ingredients. Very small in size dissolves easily, didnt notice a boost in energy but im taking it to help my body absorb folic acid, its high potency so only 1 is enough. Not sure what it does to the metabolism
