Probiotic-3, 90 Capsules

I've been using AOR Probiotic-3 for about two years as I write this. It's very different from other probiotics in that it's intended to promote gut flora balance, to ward off pathogenic bacteria, and reduce gut inflammation. Because it's pretty expensive, I've stopped taking it daily, but I do take it whenever I have concerns about food I've eaten, including whenever I eat restaurant food or something that's been in the fridge for a few days. I'd say it works well, because my gut has been vastly better than it used to be. One time, I had a case of the stomach flu and simply felt queasy all day rather than full-on sick, and I think it's because I was popping this probiotic every couple hours, starting with the onset of symptoms. If you're like me in that you tend to have stomach issues that you think are attributable to germs in food that you're particularly sensitive to, I'd absolutely say to give this product a shot.

I learnt about a bacteria inside our gut called Clostridum in documentary produced by the Japanese NHK channel. It tells a long story about this bacteria and the tremendous benefits on our guts, which is our second brain.
