Great herbal blend for liver and gallbladder support: dandelion root, milk thistle seed, burdock root, artichoke leaf, kelp, and peppermint. Good dosage of the blend in one capsule. The capsule shell is also plant-based, vegetable. The supplement is suitable for vegetarians. I take 1 capsule with a meal. Capsule shell is transparent, contents are brown in color (as in the attached photos). Almost odorless. The package contains 100 capsules.

I bought this mainly because of the great price for ingredients that are included besides just the Milk Thistle. I will definitely purchase again... I drink a bit of wine and beer, nothing too heavy but this helps keep my Liver in good condition until I do my Sober month (twice a year) !
