Always take with folinic together, never individual. Folic is bad and toxic form. Folinic is proper !
Good stuff. Considering should be taken with folinic i was worried cos this is disolving in mouth and folinic in stomach. Not sure have some problem with that cos in mouth is absorbed much faster. Taste like candy btw. Prety juicy 👌.
