This is a product I use about once a week by itself. It dissolves under the tongue, and it has a large dosage. I have just started taking it, but I think this could be helpful, since the price is a relative value for this form of ingredient. Even her face/voice look brighter! It seems to be more beneficial that the daily amount is more at reasonable extent. Vitamin B-12, which has been contained in animal product, is something our traditional food might have lacked in Japan; so it is understandable that the benefit on my mother seems to be very obvious!
