Not only does these tablets taste good, but they are very effective in providing the body the needed B12. I highly recommend this product to people who have celiac disease or those who are just come to realization that they have celiac disease. However cant speak for everyone who has this disease as celiac does effect every effected person differently. Personally, it replaced the B12 in which was robbed by the celiac due to eating gluten (which I stay away from) which can cause further complications such as anemia, chronic fatigue, ect. Needless to say, this product does provide an extra boost in energy.

The taste is good. I had good experience with this brand for vitamin d3 in past. I trust and expect the b12 is working. I am taking other supplements so maybe it is too early to comment about its effect.
