Been using Source of Life Multi with No Iron for years and it has kept me relatively healthy. The mini-tabs are good for me because as I've gotten older I have trouble swallowing big pills. (Capsules aren't so bad.) I don't take the full six mini-tabs; I only take 4 per day and I do just fine. It's a good multi-vitamin.
The fact that they are whole food vitamins means that they absorb much better in your system. You really feel it when you don't take them...
