Take 1 per day with regular daily vitamin to bridge a small gap. Tiny capsules are easy to take. Very affordable and great quality.

the only reason I'm given 4 is because I haven't done my blood test again. Apparently, the quality is good, is supposed to give more energy. size is good, no side effects so far, no bad taste. I will be glad to provide new review in a few months.
