I mainly purchased this product because I also use other Gaia supplements that have seemed to work well. My Fiance and I live in Central California where most everyone suffers from allergies due to the high levels of pollens, allergens, and particulate matter in the air during the summer months. For some reason, I still don't suffer too badly, but she often has clogged sinuses so bad that she gets severe headaches. I had her start to take a few of these everyday and she immediately noticed a difference. She now takes them regularly and although she isn't 100% better, they have definitely made a big difference and are totally worth the cost. Also, I would highly recommend taking this over paying for drugs that make you wired or put you in a coma.

This is the first time for me to buy sign support sinus support however I didn’t see any changes maybe the doors that I’m taking is not appropriate however I started with two tablets a day, but I have really strong sinus and I I don’t know maybe it is because it is horrible and it takes longer time to hear the sinus But I will. I stopped using antihistamines because of this product. They really do work great for allergies and I can notice the different pretty fast. I suggest starting to take them a couple of weeks before you start having allergies (If you know when that happens). Otherwise, they seem to reduce my allergies almost immediately.

I've only been taking this for a couple of weeks, but it helps a lot with hay fever and nasal congestion. A cup or two of nettle tea works a bit better for hay fever, but I prefer these capsules because they also help my sinuses and have such a great combination of healing herbs, while the tea takes too long to make and work, and effect wears off after about four hours, while these capsules work faster and longer and seem to work better as time goes on. Golden seal in it also has the effect of cleansing and healing nasal passages and all mucous membranes. So, I plan to take this every month, at least during hay fever months.
