the big question regarding any probiotic is the quantity of live cultures considering storage and shipping time. However, I have tried a number of different brands of probiotics from iherb, which were somewhat beneficial, including this product. I used this product with another probiotic (not available on iherb), resulting in more regular bowel movement and better formed stool.
