I am really happy I discovered this! I love sesame, tahini and other foods with sesame, especially halvah. I aim keep my fat calories and consumption to a minimum. I tried it in recipes instead of powdered peanut butter and it worked very well. I just started using it and can't wait to try more recipes!
I purchased this as a low carb flour to occasionally use in place of the traditional almond flour. I was worried that the sesame flavor may be overpowering, but it really isn't that intense (at least to my taste buds, anyway!) I used it to make some dinner rolls and biscuits. I've only tried savory recipes so far, so I can't really comment or whether or not it would work well for sweet recipes.
