RenewLife recently changed to plastic bottles that are embedded with orange oil. I couldnt figure out what was giving me indigestion (can't eat oranges). The company told me these blisterpacks escape that. Not fond of overpackaging, but hate those thick plastic unrecyclable bottles more. 30 billion is a good maintenance dose for msny people.
Excellent product! My husband is a diabetic and also has other medical issues. He was having a lot of stomach issues when I realized all the medications he has to take was destroying the good bacterial in his gut. Since he started taking the Ultimate Flora Extra it has made a big difference! He is no longer spending as much time in the bathroom and has a lot less discomfort!

I've chosen this blend of probiotics as they're well researched. I like that they're delayed release, so higher chance they work properly. To me the effect is subtle, but not negative. It helps with gas is what I noticed.
