This supplement has a nice taste and it's very pleasant. Just put it under the tongue until it dissolves. It might take a few minutes, but it doesn't bother, because the pill is so small, you can talk, there's no problem. One tip that might help you guys is to NEVER take this with any vitamin C. If you take it together, they interact and one makes the other ineffective. Take the vitamin C at least 4 hours before or after you take this for best results. I hope this helps, guys!

MethylCobalamin is the best and most effective form of vitamin B-12. I research all supplements before buying and using any of them. Since becoming disabled, my disabilities have caused me to be very fatigued. Within 30 minutes after taking a lozenge, I can feel my fatigue lessen along with an increase in energy of approx. 10-15%. This may not seem like much, but with serious fatigue, it improved my quality of life and enabled me to do some things I could barely do before. To have 10-15% more energy is a blessing. Also, I became anemic, and medical tests could not determine why. I started taking this brand of B-12 and had another CBC done about 3 months later, I was no longer anemic and have not been anemic since.

I love these B12 chewable tablets! The size and flavour are great. I love that the ingredients are all vegan and taste wonderful. A quality product with positive health effects. I find the potency level works well for me and the packaging is efficient. Hopefully I will see an increase in my energy levels.

Source Naturals is great quality, always. Methyl Cobalamin is the most easily absorbed B-12 ingredient, and this brand tastes great and dissolves easily under the tongue so it is easy to take. Vegans require B-12 supplementation so I have taken it daily for years, and my B-12 levels are normal. The 1 mg dosage is perfect. Highly recommend!

Great quality product, especially if you're vegan! These are high potency and a whole lozenge actually made me a bit jittery, so I cut them in half with really sharp scissors or a pill cutter and take half per day. This is the ONLY B-12 I've ever had to do that with, so I know they're high quality and absorbing well! They cost a bit more than some other brands but Source Naturals is a reputable company and has been around for a long time and always makes quality products. It's also great to see that even though the package is plastic, it's small and minimal and not oversized for the amount of pills. B-12 is small. It doesn't need a milk-jug sized bottle. So, kudos to this company for using less plastic!

This supplement has a pleasant cherry flavor but it takes quite a while to dissolve. I thought it would be a sublingual B12 for rapid absorption, but it isn’t, it's more like chewable caps. If you’re looking for maximum B12 absorption, especially sublingual delivery, this unfortunately isn’t it. I wouldn’t repurchase it for that reason.

I take B-12 daily and have tried various types and brands over the last few years. This one has become my favorite because it's the type of B-12 I want in the right dose and in an easy-to-take form. The lozenges are easy to chew but not so soft that they turn to powder in the container during shipping. The taste is okay. Several reviewers mentioned that this gives them an energy boost. I haven't found that in my case, but neither have I had any negative effects. Also, it's important to me that this is a vegan product.
