Love these protein-packed little treats!
I am so happy to have these Mighty Muffins — especially my fave, the Lemon Cream — for when I want a decadent-feeling treat. ‘Enough’ protein is important to me and this starts a snack off with 20 tasty grams. I usually add vanilla skyr or greek yoghurt for even more protein and, sometimes, this is perfect for lunch-in-a-hurry or a nice ‘dessert’ after dinner. The muffin is yummy, warm and moist, and I find it utterly satisfying.

Great flavor
The lemon flavor is so good! It’s not super tangy or sweet, it’s just right. They are so easy to make in the microwave and great on the go.

Just love it. taste and high quality
Light and fluffy texture when prepared. Love having this as a guilt-free dessert. The protein content is impressive for a muffin. So convenient for busy mornings. The lemon cream flavor is bright and delicious!

yummy!
Good quality product. My daughter loves it, I have bought it for her, she doesn't have time to cook. The size is OK, a usual dessert size. The package is neat.
