really enjoyed this baking mix. It has a rich chocolate flavor without being overly sweet, and the texture is soft and moist. I appreciate the simple, high-quality ingredients and the fact that it’s made with almond flour. It was easy to prepare and turned out great. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a healthier baking option.
iHerb has completely transformed the way I shop for vitamins and natural products. The website is easy to navigate, and I appreciate the detailed descriptions and customer reviews for each item. It helps me make informed decisions. I’ve tried multiple brands through iHerb, and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality. Their international shipping is impressively quick, and everything arrives in perfect condition. I also love their reward system and regular discounts—it makes healthy living more affordable.

I made a cake with this baking mix. First of all it took me literally 5 minutes - preheated the oven, got the cake form, mixed like 3 ingredients & I got a cake. I preferred the flavor after having it in the fridge overnight, I think the texture becomes a little bit denser and more carameley in a way. Straight out of the oven it’s very light and soft though. I make some icing with Greek yoghurt & protein powder & raspberries & it was very very delicious & healthy. I think a chocolate icing would go better though will try that next time.
The gluten-free chocolate muffin mix was really nice! It was easy to make, came out soft and tasty, and had a great chocolate flavor. A lovely treat for anyone avoiding gluten.
