I had my gallbladder out years ago, and have a very sensitive digestive system... experiencing either constipation or diarrhea with many foods. I use to buy a probiotic with a 50 Billion or 100 billion CFU count.... and it was just too strong. But, this is the perfect CFU count that has a gentle yet effective results... and it's reasonably priced. Many days I only take 1 capsule. I highly recommend it.

Suffer from occasional constipation and these probiotics really help with that. Have tried other probiotics but these seem to work best. I've read that due to the specific strains, it's more effective.
