This is a good starter for making yogurt at home. Sometimes I want to try something new & this looked like a good option for making yogurt. As with other probiotics I have purchased here, I often heat up milk to "bath water" temp before emptying one or two capsules into the milk, stirring it & then placing in a sterilized jar covered with tissue or cloth (rubber band to keep bugs out). Within 24 hours you should have your yogurt (just check from time to time, moving it slightly to see if it has "jelled" to yogurt consistency or not).

I am lactose intolerant and this is super helpful to help keep my gut flora healthy and help me in case I consumed any hidden lactose in my food. I even had my gastroenterologist compliment me on taking it as a preemptive measure. No more tummy burbles for me!! ✌︎('ω'✌︎ )
