This was GREAT at boosting my energy and helping with my muscle pain. I will keep it in my rotation-although I read that we shouldn't take NAD for an extended period of time without a break so I will take that into consideration...maybe one month on, one month off.
The flavor of this is very good. Liquid form which exposes gum and mouth tissue directly to the CoQ10. Feel a big difference with this product. Must be refrigerated so if you are traveling away from home, you will still need to purchase a pill or softgel form which is more convenient to carry with you.
I have been having arrhythmia problems due to using glaucoma eye drops for years...these contain a Beta Blocker, and can affect the heart's rythm...after researching products helpful for such, I chose the liquid Co-Q-10 with D-Ribose, and stopped the drops for now, and have noticed a big difference in the heart rhythm. I plan to keep this as part of my regimen.
Having tried many CoQ10 over time, I can say this liquid form is one of the best. Don't expect miracles, but keep at it.

I put this with some MTC oil and coconut oil and use it to oil pull every morning for about 10 minutes. Great stuff.

Those huge pills are hard to swallow for me so having a liquid one makes tons of difference. This actually tastes (almost TOO) good, amazingly. Seems to work well for my needs. But at 1tsp a day, it's gonna get expensive with a tiny 118ml bottle.
