I am 70 and have taken various brands of probiotics over many years. But as I got older they didn’t work as well. I read an article saying seniors need more of the bifido strains than when younger. I ordered this one and could tell a difference pretty soon. I’ll stick with this one as long as it keeps working so well.

I’ve been using this probiotic for a few weeks and noticed less bloating and more regular digestion. It's gentle, vegan, and seems to work well even on a sensitive stomach.

So far I am liking this product as a few members in my family are taking it, trying to boost their bifidum bacteria because they get histamine problems easily. This probiotic has all the good Bifidums, the only Lactobacillus it has is Acidopholus which does produce a biproduct of histmaine.. but so far it's working ok for those in my family taking it. So far so good, we'll see tho how it goes!
