I am allergic to ALL things dairy. I try to avoid foods that may have it in there. I take these in case there is something that may be questionable I’ve eaten. I cannot express how much these have helped. I definitely recommend whether you are intolerant or allergic. I am buying again.

I think this is a good supplement if you know dairy is your sensitivity and you take it with your meal. Now, the brand is a brand I trust. However, I do struggle to remember to take it with my meal.

Very good supplements. Very tiny size so it’s easy to swallow and since they are encapsulated - it doesn have any taste. Packaging is plastic, pretty conpact size. I did notice benefits from these enzymes - I am way less bloated and can enjoy dairy products with ease. Will most likely buy again.

I love this product, I only wish it came in bigger bottles! The quality of the enzymes seems to be top notch, as they definitely stop me from having so much wind and stomach issues. The biggest benefit I get from them is not having intestinal pain and cramping. They are tasteless and in a small, easy to take capsule.

I have taking a long tyme super enzymes and I was sure that there is also lactase un that particular supplement but I was wrong. So I have had still bloating and acne after few hours and days of eating something with lactose. I think that after staring this supplement I can see a little different in my bloating my gut is less full I am less constioated and my stomach dint hurt
