Sublingual Q-10 has a nice solution to the absorption problem. Also suitable for people under 50 years starting around 30 years of age. Q-10 energizes the body cells and is a heart and brain protector but don't take in the evening.
At first the tablet seems dry and flavorless but once it begins to melt, it’s a delicious lightly flavored treat. I’m very impressed with it actually. I hope it’s more bioavailability than a typical swallow tablet. I bought for my neurodivergent daughter who gets fatigued easily.She’s extremely picky about food and asks to take this one! We’ll see if her fatigue improves after a couple months of these. My only complaint is the relatively large bottle for the amount of pills. Why do so many companies do this? Its could easily be half the size.
I've been looking for something to help me get up for work in the morning because of fatigue- I take one CoQ10 sublingually once the alarm rings and in a few minutes I'm awake for the first time in my life! Better than the 100mg oral ubiquinone (the more bioactive one) i take orally. The ingredients are high quality!
I love Kal brand but I don’t think this one is okay with my system. It increases my bleeding.
