pH-Basic, 90 Capsules

My brother and I take these. They do work, but our pH is not yet 7 as it has to be. But I think that's normal if you follow a detox program. At least my pH is never lower as 6 anymore. Before it was 5 or less. Sometimes I take 1 alkalizer capsule extra with these and then my pH is oke. So this one (enzymedica)is maybe a a little expensive. You can also use an alalizer(powder for) they are cheaper. I use them both. But I don't overdose.

These capsules have worked wonders for me, highly recommended. I used to suffer from bad acid reflux but after taking these for 3-4 days that went away, I suffered with that for years so this is a huge deal for me. I also just feel a little better throughout my system. I haven't tried the test strips but the hard evidence is more than enough to tell me that this stuff works. If you are in tune with your body systems like I am you will be able to tell they are working after taking for a few days. I've been through two of the 120 count bottles and just got my third, I will be taking these for the rest of my life and look forward to being free of the acid reflux and the feeling of an acidic system. Give one bottle a try and use them for a week or two before you try any strips, I'm dubious about the reliability of the strips but if you know your body you should feel it working. So happy I stumbled upon these, life changer!

This brand of enzymes is the best quality enzyme on the market and it is very effective if you take it properly, i.e., on an absolutely empty stomach. The ingredients are pure enzymes without any fillers. Must be taken on an empty stomach that doesn't have anything in it for 3 hours, so I take it 3 hours after taking my supplements, and then again in the middle of the night. I take 2 each time.

good quality product. suitable even for vegetarians ( i think also for vegans ). it has active enzymes to assist with digestion. good processing (Thera- blend). be persistent and you will have much less heartburn. it is expensive this is why only 4 stars....
