I have read about the many benefits of supplementing with enzymes - e.g. protease helps dissolving unwanted proteins (such as plaques and films keeping the bacteria protected from your immune system and antibiotics; or connective tissue that forms around abscesses). Repair Gold contains 7 enzymes in high doses to make the most noticeable effect. I am 37-years old and purchased my recent package to help me delay hair graying (the main hero for that would be Serrapeptase). Hope it helps here as well. The capsules are standard-sized and easy to swallow, I have no upset stomach or other reactions after taking them. P.S. It is super important to take enzymes on an empty stomach - 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal, so they do not "get used" for food digestion but rather for their health benefits and support.

This is life changing stuff!!! You HAVE to take it on a completely empty stomach and wait 30-45minutes to eat, or take it about 2-3 hours after eating. It’s a little tricky but works wonders. Can feel my forehead pressure and ears/nose all open up. Can breathe fully from my nose and smell as well.

I don't know how but it makes as described body systems better andbrepairs them. Just make sure to take it realkyvaway from foid or it will be used as digestive enzymes.

As an autoimmune disease and osteoarthritis sufferer, I’ve taken several types and brands of enzymes. It’s said that digestive enzymes such as bromelain are beneficial in relieving osteoarthritis pain. I was familiar with the quality of this brand and decided to see if I could find a little relief. I began with only 2 caps per day, but am now taking 4, I have noticed minor relief in my knees, but it’s not sustained over time; that’s more than I can say for other enzymes I’ve tried... It’s been only a month or so, so I will continue to take it.

This is amazing supplement. It does help me to relieve muscle pain after exercise. I intake 2 capsules after workout. Already ordered a second bottle.

These are definitely very helpful but they’re just far too expensive. I couldn’t justify it anymore. I do have digestion issues so I looked for an alternative and it works just as well for a fraction of the cost.

Excellent supplement! Excellent ingredients! I take it in the morning before breakfast and it really helped me with my digestion. I highly recommend it.

As we age sometimes we have problems either shoulders?,it's my case. So this enzymes helped me I did find great benefit great composition. I take it on empty stomach the ingredients do not upset my stomach. I will buy it Again.

I bought this supplement because it has Catalase which isn't so easy to find. I also use it for Serrapeptase to dissolve fungi film. All in all it's a good one
