Gut Recovery Probiotics, 60 Capsules

This is an extraordinarily strong probiotic that goes beyond my expectations. I have chronic constipation and have tried a lot of different brands to help with gut movement and regularity (I have IBD-C). I initially took 2 capsules as suggested on an empty stomach before bed and the next day my bowel emptied more than usual that I felt so afresh and light. The poo was in good shape as well. This probiotic is so strong that I reduce it to one capsule per day. The only bad side of it is that it helps with better digestion so it makes me feel hungry easier.

I have tried a lot of probiotics in my day and I can verify this one actually works in ways you cannot deny. Maybe for the first time in my adult life things are regular now. What a great feeling!

I think this is a high quality probiotic supplement.I like that it has a wide range of probiotics and also bonus ingredients that help gut recovery and most importantly Lion’s mane which really benefits the nervous system, which is exactly what I needed. The amount is sufficient and the size of the capsule is regular . I just started taking it so I cannot talk about long term benefits, I will update.

These had potential based on the ingredients, but after taking them for over a month, we didn't see any signs of improvement. Hopefully, they work better for others who buy them.
