We use charcoal as a teeth cleaner, just add to water or toothpaste or coconut oil, but ESPECIALLY for absorbing toxins, chemicals, drugs, poisons or poisonous bites and take during a cold or flu which is chemical or biological old food waste detoxification. its a good size, alot better value than capsules. quality seems good. fine powder. safe to use. tastes neutral. even our young children like it. good to take regularly cause of all the toxins in the world.

The quality of this product is amazing. The ingredient list is clean and the dosage is easy to understand. I got this for a heavy metal, liver, parasite cleanse routine and the benefits have far outweighed my expectations. The taste is a little gritty but its not hard to get past.

This is high-quality coconut-derived charcoal powder—very fine and mixes well in water. I use it only on rest days or after a heavy meal to help with bloating or stomach discomfort. No fillers, no flavor, just clean charcoal. Make sure to take it away from other supplements or food.

I use charcoal capsules if I have an upset stomach. I thought it would be easier and simpler to just use the powder. I was wrong... I forgot how much of a pain in the face this stuff is. Quality is fantastic and it's perfect if you're looking to add it to toothpaste or something. Hard to take directly...

I used this on a recipe, to make it black. It is a "vegan dinuguan", where dinuguan (the non-vegan version), can be called a "blood stew". Before I became a vegetarian, that was one of my favorite filipino dishes, and when it is cooked, it's color is black too. I have yet to try this on smoothie, or as it is, as a cleansing drink.

Pure ingredients. Taste is very fine. Flattens the stomach. Helps with bloating.

I have used this product, as needed, for a few years to enhance my immune health. The coconut ingredient makes the powder palatable when mixed with water. I have been satisfied with the quality and quantity of this product. The price is also just right for the product's size.
