MCP has a lot of good studies proving it's benefit for different critical health conditions. 120 caps package size is OK but maybe can offer bigger size for economies of scale since it can be used long term. Helps gut health when diet is low in fiber. Also helps intestinal health by possibly being a good source of prebiotic. Source naturals is a good quality brand with good ingredients.
