This complex is great for supporting digestion. It's got Betaine HCl which is also great for IBS. A very good quality overall, I saw results right away. Probably won't help with a food poisoning, but they definitely help in a day-to-day life. I take them twice daily, the package is quite big and will last you 2 months.

I struggle with gastritis which is caused by a lack of stomach acid in my case. I have to be careful with HCL supplements because they can cause me more harm than good if the dose is too high. This supplement has a lower dose HCL along with soothing stomach ingredients like papaya. I am hopeful it will help me on my journey toward healing my stomach.

It works well, just be aware that it can make you bloated initially but that will let go after a few weeks. Just make sure to drink more water and add fiber :)

I don't need it, got it for ny daughter because the ingredients sound pretty good. I hope it helps her better, than what she has been using.

I've been using these and they're definitely good enough. The problem is, they are not that strong. I have a lot of digestive issues, so for someone else these might be potent enough. I have to take too many of them to get supported. However this is a reasonably good product, nothing particularly wrong with it, nothing particularly stand out either.
