I was looking for CoQ10 for my kids. and this one is perfect! This one is easy for kids to take it because it is liquid. CoQ10 benefits are so many. Hope this one make our kids immune system stronger.

This is the first CoQ10 product I've been able to take. I don't react well to most of them. This one is fine, though I don't take the full dose every day because of the high cost. I can't say that I've noticed any benefit, but I trust that it is helping behind the scenes.

Unfortunately I really struggled with the flavour of this, it was extremely sweet and sickly I thought. I usually manage by drinking a small amount of juice or similar afterwards but I ended up avoiding taking this which isn't ideal! So sadly I won't repurchase but am back to taking CoQ10 in pill form, primarily as a migraine preventive, but it also helps me with chronic fatigue. I'd still recommend trying this unless you really despise citrus and / or sweet things and prefer liquid supplements to pills! It just wasn't for me, sadly. I use other liquid supplements from Trace Minerals and have done for years and I highly recommend them as a brand. I have regular testing for B12 and know with certainty that supplement works. If they made a Q10 supplement with the same flavour as the B12 I would repurchase. :)
