These NOW Steel Cut Organic Oats are just in time for cold weather breakfasts. I cook them on the stovetop with tap water and a little salt, as directed, and then let them steam for about 10 minutes. Brown sugar and almond nut milk makes for sumptuous eating. And , with the leftover small amount, I made a FANTASTIC grain burger for dinner! I simply added a little organic buckwheat flour; organic yellow corn flour; and salt and seasoning with water. Makes a stiff pattie when fried in olive oil. The best non meat burger I have ever had! And the price is good for a name brand organic product.
