Good quality capsules! This is my first time taking probiotics, I noticed no smell at all very fresh down below. I take 1 before bed time. Highly recommend these to anyone who just wants to feel and smell fresh in the lady area including arm pits don’t seem to feel sweaty at all even when wearing layers of clothing through out the day
This product is fantastic if you are taking Jardiance or a like diabetes medication. Before taking this I was suffering from repeat yeast infections. With this supplement zero yeast infections! It is the best if you are suffering from repeat yeast infections from diabetic medication! Would highly recommend to anyone with this problem!!!

Ingredients are very good quality and felt balanced after 2 weeks of intake. Size wise it's very easy to take with no unpleasant scent or taste. Package very easy and simple, good quality. This product was very helpful. After 3 days I saw a marked improvement. It has all the right probiotics. i take these every so often to make sure i stay in balance and these seem to do the job nicely. This probiotic works better than a lot of others I've tried.
Good so far for female microbiome probiotics. Package arrived well and the supplement seems to be good size and quality. I believe the ingredients are exactly what I was looking for a good women’s bacteria that has been found to work with endometriosis (Lactobacilus reuteri). They found this is the strain wine with endometriosis don’t have compared to other women.
