These digestive enzymes helped my Mom to be able to eat and digest protein and fats that had caused a problem before. This product is just the best. I have tried many other brands, but noone works as good as this one. I was vegan for close to a decade, which unfortunately wrecked my health. And moving over to eating animal products again and especially meat was very difficult for my stomach to digest. It was a painful journey to say the least. Until I came across these enzymes. Now, together with supplementing with Betaine Hcl, I'm finally able to eat meat with no discomfort. Recommending it to everyone who deals with digestion issues and IBS.
These are really good quality enzymes, have been using them for over a year. Helped my digestion after gallbladder removal. I had less distended stomach after it.
Dr. Mercola Full Spectrum Enzymes are very effective in improving digestion and reducing bloating after meals. I’ve noticed a big difference in my overall digestive comfort since starting them. However, the price is on the higher side compared to similar products. It’s a great choice if you’re willing to invest in high-quality enzymes, but the cost might be a downside for some.
I have just started to use this product. I use enzymes daily. The reason I changed to Dr. Mercola's full spectrum enzymes is that I felt I need to change brands . I think this product agrees with me as I feel less bloated. I intend to re-buy this product.
Its a good stomach enzyme to aid with digestion. Not good enough for the price though (compared to other brands). Nonetheless it can be very helpful for the gut if trying to rebuild the intestinal flora. It doesn't have any weird taste and the quality if good. Would keep buying but a better price!
