In my opinion, it leaves a bit of an aftertaste from the sweetener. For those who are bothered by it, you can take it unflavored and add the sweetener you like and it turns out great
I got this to use as a keto-friendly coffee creamer. The taste is mild, not too sweet. At first I thought it wasn't mixing in well, but if you add it first and let the hot coffee dissolve it, it works fine - or use a little whisk or blending wand. Simple, clean ingredients and guaranteed levels of specific MCFA's from the MCT oil are why I picked this product.

I love the Vanilla and Coconut flavors best. I'm just not a Hazelnut or Pumpkin spice fan. It takes a little stirring to get all the clumps to dissolve in my coffee but the taste is amazing. I highly recommend it. I feel this is much healthier than cream. I will use this stuff forever.
So far, this is great. My husband has lost 20 pounds and I have lost only 3. But I am told not to be discouraged. The only problem is that we are now leaving for Texas in our motorhome and I don't know how to get more when we run out. I would appreciate help in this matter. With two of us using, it goes twice as fast.
