Nice little pills, and no negative issues with it at all. And more stomach friendly for me, as it doesn't contain tomato. Only con is that it's a bit pricey.

Had been eating a lot of fresh and tinned tomatoes to increase the lycopene content.Seeing the Carlson 180 capsules, have now changed to this as it's better priced and value for money. Very happy with the Carlson quality brand.
